Karen Keith began traveling as soon as she was old enough to leave home. From sprawling cities to isolated pockets of the globe where she relied on her wits and resourcefulness to communicate. Forging friendships in unlikely places and collecting odd artifacts along with a growing collection of stories became a way of life.

   Her first job during college at a counter in a mall was the last job she ever accepted working for someone else. After that, she dove into the world of entrepreneurship as diverse as her adventures. Makeup art, styling, and editing for top fashion publications, TV, and Film. She went on to launch her own company with the sole purpose of visually developing new talent. And later she opened her first jewelry store in Miami, exclusively featuring her brand. From there she headed to Indonesia, where she assembled and trained a team of local artisans, to become the heart and soul of her own fashion production house.
